Guest Ratings & Reviews
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were spacious with a balcony to enjoy, but cleanliness was an issue as the bathroom was not properly cleaned. The hotel needed refurbishing. The service was good, especially accommodating a large group like ours, but the dining experience left much to be desired. The location was convenient for exploring the city but had some downsides like issues with trash and maintenance. Overall, it was an average stay with some ups and downs.
The hotel had okay rooms that were equipped with everything we needed, including phones to contact friends. The underground private parking was a bonus, and the cleanliness was exceptional. The location was fantastic, although the continental breakfast was just okay.
My stay at Hotel Goya was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were clean and the bed was nice and comfy, but they felt a bit small, and the bathrooms were on the smaller side. The location was good, being central and cheap, but it's situated up a hill, which could be a challenge for those with mobility issues. The service was top-notch with very friendly and hard-working staff, although the hotel definitely needs some renovations. The dining experience wasn't bad, offering a typically Spanish buffet, but there's room for improvement in terms of variety. Overall, it was a decent stay with a few areas that could be enhanced.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The room was uncomfortable, with a bad mattress causing back pain, and some essential amenities were missing. However, the service was efficient and friendly, despite some small issues. The hotel's location left something to be desired due to overcrowding and parking challenges, but the dining experience was acceptable. The facilities were lacking, but overall, it was an average stay with both positives and negatives.
The hotel has its ups and downs. The rooms, although small, are clean and well-kept, missing a few amenities like a coffee machine and ice maker. The service was generally good, but we noticed a slight change in attitude when we had to change rooms multiple times. The location is convenient for exploring the city but comes with tight parking and a bit of noise. Dining was decent, with a typical Spanish buffet, and the facilities are satisfactory considering the price paid.
